Travis grew up with the Razorbacks in his blood, graduated from the University of Arkansas with a business degree, then attended Liberty University School of Law in Lynchburg, Virginia. After graduation, Travis returned to Northwest Arkansas and began the Story Law Firm, PLLC where he practices daily in the areas of Bankruptcy, Civil Law, Property Law, Business Planning, and Estate Planning.
Gregory F. Payne
Greg began his career as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the Jasper County (Missouri) Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant Prosecutor, he also acted as Assistant County Counselor to the Jasper County Commission. Since 2002, Greg has been in private practice, practicing primarily in areas of criminal defense, family law, corporate and employment law and real estate, as well as in other areas of general civil practice. Greg has been admitted to the Missouri Bar, the Virginia State Bar, and the Arkansas Bar Association.
Bob Ballinger is a practicing attorney licensed in Arkansas since 2005 with experience in the areas of Real Estate, Estate Planning, Business Law, Constitutional Law, and Government Relations. In November of 2012 Bob was elected to the Arkansas State House of Representatives for District 97 which includes parts of Carroll, Madison, and Washington Counties.
Kent Johnson is our Paralegal. Kent is a 2011 graduate of Northwest Arkansas Community College where he earned his Associate of Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies, a paralegal program approved by the American Bar Association. He is a recipient of the NWACC Foundation’s 2010-2011 Paralegal Scholarship. He is also a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
Tricia Story was born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, lived in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Anita Stewart is the Executive Legal Assistant and Creative Team Leader for the Story Law Firm and the Church Counsel. Anita has a B.A. in Human Environmental Science from the University of Arkansas. She spent 26 years in the church world, working in the areas of worship, media, and administration.
Tom Maj is our Legal Assistant. Tom is a 2006 graduate of the University of Warwick in the UK, where he studied History and Politics. He went to secondary school in Gloucestershire, England where he played rugby and achieved the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award.
Gloria is our newest intern. She is a second year law student at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. She has recently moved to Northwest Arkansas with her husband Matt to finish law school.
